Pathfinder Partners Buys Vista Retail Center for $7.35 Million

San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners LLC has purchased Breeze Hill Promenade, a three- building retail center in Vista, for $7.35 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the property, totaling 40,500 square feet at 625, 631 and 635 S. Melrose Drive, was a partnership that includes the Atlanta office of Prudential Insurance Co. of America and DeBartolo Development LLC of Tampa, Fla.
Pete Bethea and Rob Ippolito, of brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield Inc., represented the seller. The center was built in 2007, with two of the buildings fully occupied and the 631 building 55.9 percent leased at the time of sale.
In its own statement, Pathfinder Partners noted that current tenants include CVS Pharmacy, Comerica Bank, Submarina, Via Sicilia restaurant and King’s Stationers.
